       To have a healthy and beautiful skin,avoid long exposure or without protection of your body to the sun since it makes it aged,leaves marks and traces and at last makes it dry.so try our best to apply all these tips:

  2. Never leave water to dry on your face irrespective of how little those sprinkled waters may be,because water dries up the skin.
  3. Have enough time to rest or sleep for about 6 hours every night.Those who have time to sleep or rest, have the most healthy skin.
  4. Dont smoke or even limit the cigarette,because nicotine and smoke are not good for the skin.
  5. Have a regular time for yourself daily for your beauty makeups.Three to five minutes to massage your body or the face.They are just relaxants gestes which do good and release the skin.
  6. Eat carrot.it contains carotene very essential to your skin development.
  7. Massage with pure shea butter after a bath,perfect for hydrating the skin ,unify and to make it bright.In summer,do the massage at the evening to avoid excess heat.

  9. Eat a well balanced diets alongside some exercises.This produces wonderful results to the body and the skin.
  10. Regularly clean well your back skin with a hand brush,and avoid  black points.This cleans,exfolie and unify the skin.
